Our high-density nickel columns provide a gentle yet effective medium for purifying rrβ-NGF produced in CHO cells, as described in the study.
By using our technology, researchers can ensure higher purity and stability of rrβ-NGF, which is critical for its biological effectiveness. The study demonstrated that rrβ-NGF improved sperm motility without affecting its viability (Figure 1), and the the ovulation-inducing effect of rrβ-NGF when added to seminal doses in female rabbits.
Attending to the results of this study, Agarose Bead Technology's IMAC products increase the purity and yield of rrβ-NGF.
