DEAE Rapid Run™ Agarose Resin is a highly crosslinked matrix with a bead size of 50-150 µm activated with diethylaminoethyl. It is developed to perform Ion Exchange Chromatography and separate biomolocules on the basis on their net surface charge. ABT offers two different types of Anion Exchangers depending on their interaction strength: Q Rapid Run™ as a Strong Anion Exchanger and DEAE Rapid Run™ as a Weak Anion Exchanger.
